All products purchased from the Teecore website are custom-made and printed specifically for you. Therefore, we do not support returns or exchanges due to incorrect size selection. Please carefully review the size chart and confirm your choice before purchasing.

If the following issues occur, we are happy to assist you:

1.Wrong Product: If we send the wrong item or size, you are entitled to a full refund or a replacement of the correct product.
2.Product Defects: If the product you received has defects or damages, please contact us, and we will resolve the issue for you.

Exchange or Refund Process

1.Submit your request through the "Contact Us" form, including your order number, a detailed description of the issue, and photos of the product as evidence.
2.Our support team will review your request and get back to you within 1-3 business days.
3.Once approved, we will arrange a replacement or refund for you.

Important Notes

Returns and exchanges are only applicable for issues caused by incorrect products or quality defects.
Custom-made products (including specially printed or personalized designs) are not eligible for returns or exchanges due to their unique nature.
Customers are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of order details (including size, color, and style).
